## Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period: 1 day
- Weekly and monthly rates available on request
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition
- Damage protection plans available
## Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over $200/day
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before noon
- Setup and pickup included with all bundle rentals
## Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before rental start
- 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours
- No-shows are charged in full

## Frequently Asked Questions
**How far in advance should I book?**
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance for large orders (10+ units). Smaller orders can often be fulfilled within 24-48 hours.
**Do the laptops come pre-configured?**
Yes! All laptops ship with a fresh OS install, latest updates, and any software you request (Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc.).
**What if something breaks?**
We offer optional damage protection starting at $3/day per device. Without protection, you're responsible for repair or replacement costs.
**Can I extend my rental?**
Absolutely. Just let us know before your return date and we'll extend at the same daily rate.
**Do you deliver to hotels and convention centers?**
Yes. We deliver to any business address, hotel, or venue in our service area.
